My contributions involve the continued development of the rendering engine that is capable of representing phylogenies as Phylograms, Dendrograms, a Circular-Dendrograms. Currently, we can push over 5,000 fully animated and interactive nodes onto an HTML5 canvas (Look Pa! No Flash!). Check out the Frost et al.
